Mohammad Ashraful Huda was born and raised in Chattogram, in southeastern Bangladesh. His passion for photography grew out of his love of travel and the urge to learn stories about people, cultures, and experiences. Huda's affection for his fellow countrymen and their traditions is evident in his intimate portraits. He studied at the Pathshala South Asian Media Institute in Bangladesh. He currently works as a freelance photographer. He is also a lecturer and coordinator of academic activities and educational programs at Pathshala.
