Fotografie voor Goed (Photography for Good) supports charities by selling photo prints, but also promotes Dutch photography talent. This is already the fifth year! This time, we're raising money for Oxfam Novib. They fight for a world that is sustainable, fair, safe, and inclusive for everyone. Read more about the organization at www.oxfamnovib.nl

This campaign runs from September 1st to November 1st, 2025. After that, the webshop will close and the photo prints will no longer be available. We ship to (almost) all of Europe. In principle, the participating photographers are Dutch or live in the Netherlands. An exception this year are the photographers participating through Oxfam Novib—they are sometimes not affiliated with the Netherlands.

Online print sale

All photo prints cost €125, including shipping within the Netherlands, and are printed as giclées on Hahnemühle FineArt Pearl paper by our partner, fine art print specialist Fotolab Kiekie. The print is 30 cm long and borderless. All photo prints are delivered unsigned, without a certificate, and are available in unlimited quantities for the duration of the sale.

Proceeds

The entire proceeds from every photo print sold in the online print sale go to charity. This amounts to €65 to €90 per photo, depending on the photographer's fee. This can vary per photo – this is determined by the photographer. Some photographers donate their photos, while others charge a minimal fee.

By purchasing a beautiful photo print by a Dutch photographer, you support Oxfam Novib and their vital humanitarian work, while simultaneously supporting Dutch photography talent.

Fotolab Kiekie

All photo prints are printed and shipped by our partner Fotolab Kiekie in Amsterdam. As of March 25, 2014, FotoLabKiekie became the first studio in the Netherlands to become a Hahnemühle Certified Studio for Fine Art printing. This means they work according to certified workflows and guarantee perfect prints of consistent quality.

Shipping

We ship photo prints within (almost) all of Europe for a standard rate, and within the Netherlands, we even offer free shipping. We do not ship outside of Europe.

When can I expect my order?

Photo prints are printed and shipped irregularly, depending on the total number of orders. This can be once a week, or even once every two weeks. You will receive an email when your order has shipped or is ready for pickup at Fotolab Kiekie.

Participation

The Photography for Good 2025 collection has been carefully curated from a mix of well-known names and emerging talent. Participation is by invitation only.

You can always register for future participation – send an email to info@fotografievoorgoed.nl, attn. Caspar Claasen. It doesn't matter whether you're a beginner or an experienced photographer, but you must be a professional photographer. You will only be notified if you are invited to participate. This can also be a year later, for a future promotion.

How it started

In the spring of 2022, the Photography for Ukraine campaign raised €97,545 for Giro555. This action was an initiative of Caspar Claasen, in collaboration with Fotolab Kiekie. But of course there are often conflicts or natural disasters where help is just as desperately needed. That is why Photography for Ukraine was renamed to Fotografie voor Goed (Photography for Good). With the idea that we could start a campaign whenever necessary.

In 2023, under the current name Fotografie voor Goed, €51,188 was raised for Giro555 for the victims of the earthquakes in Turkey and Syria. In the spring of 2024 we collected €19.494 for organization Save the Children. In autumn that year we raised another €11.382 for Save the Children in Gaza. In 2025 we raised €23.149 for Oxfam Novib.

Mission
Fotografie voor Goed supports charities through the sale of photo prints. At the same time, we promote Dutch photography talent. Photographers, and other artists, are often asked to share their work without compensation – the exposure should be enough. But talent cannot grow this way. That is why we also offer participating photographers compensation. So that Fotografie voor Goed is not only a platform for charities, but also for photography talent.
