Julie Hrudová (Prague, 1988) is a street photographer based in Amsterdam. In her work, she often seeks out unexpected moments in public spaces, and her photography is characterized by humor and alienation. She previously created series about the herons in Amsterdam, and in 2022 she published the book Chasing Amsterdam, a collection of her weekly photos for Het Parool. In addition to her photography, she gives lectures and workshops at home and abroad, and offers online courses.
